01About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Get Stack Inc. By using the Good Health website or joining the waiting list, you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. How we handle your information here is set out in our Privacy policy.

02The waiting list

Joining is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. You must be 18 or older. We’ll email you the details, including dates, cost and how the program runs, as soon as they’re available, and you can leave at any time with the link in any of our emails.

03Not medical advice

Everything on this website is general information about the Good Health program. It isn’t medical advice and doesn’t replace your doctor. Please don’t change anything about your treatment because of something you read here; talk to your doctor first.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

04Using the site

Please don’t:

• Try to get around the site’s security, or interfere with how it works.
• Sign someone else up to the waiting list without their permission.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

05Our content

The website, its content and the Good Health name and logo belong to Get Stack Inc. You’re welcome to read and share it for personal, non-commercial use.

06Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we don’t control it and aren’t responsible for its content.

07What we can and can’t promise

We describe the program as it is planned today. The details, including dates, cost and how it runs, may change before a cohort opens, and we’ll tell you if they do. The program is built around one aim, more good days, and we can’t promise that result. The site is provided “as is”.

08Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Get Stack Inc. and its officers, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the waiting list. Our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to the greater of the fees you have paid us or US$500. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

09When you join the program

The Good Health program has its own terms. They cover what these don’t: what the program is and isn’t, your health coach, fees and your data. You’ll read and agree to them before you join or pay anything.

10Changes to these terms

We’ll post any update here with a new date, and email you before a significant change takes effect.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the website or the waiting list will be brought only in the competent courts of Delaware, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Claims may only be brought on an individual basis, not as part of a class or collective action.
