01Who we are

Good Health is a program by Get Stack Inc. (“we”, “us”), 10 Wendeller Street, Boston, MA 02127. This policy explains what we collect through the Good Health website and waiting list, why, who we share it with and the choices you have.

02What we collect

When you join the waiting list: your email address.

If you answer our follow-up questions: the condition or conditions you live with, your age range, your gender, roughly when you were diagnosed, and which parts of the program interest you most. Every question is optional, and you can skip any of them.

When you write to us: your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

When you visit the site: basic device and usage information, such as your browser type, the pages you visit, the ad or link that brought you here, and a random identifier stored in your browser. We use it to run the site securely, to understand how it’s used, and to measure our ads (see below).

03How we use it

• To send you news about the program, including dates, cost and how it runs, and to invite you to join when a cohort opens.
• To understand who is joining, so we can plan cohorts and shape the program, and to tell you about what’s most relevant to you.
• To reply when you write to us.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, using combined information that doesn’t identify you.
• To measure how well our ads work, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site, using the device and usage information above, and when you join the waiting list, the fact that you signed up. Never your answers to our questions.

04Who we share it with

• Service providers that host the website, send our emails, measure how the site is used and help keep the site secure, under contracts that limit them to doing that for us.
• Advertising partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram): when you visit the site or join the waiting list, they receive information about your visit and sign-up, such as your device, the page you visited and that you joined the waiting list, from their tools on our pages and from us directly. We use this to measure and retarget our ads. They never receive anything you tell us about your health, and their tools don’t run on the page with our follow-up questions.
• When the law requires it: only what we are legally required to disclose, and we’ll tell you where we’re allowed to.

We never sell your data, and we never share anything you tell us about your health with advertisers, employers or insurers.

05Your choices and rights

• Leave the waiting list at any time, with the link at the bottom of any of our emails.
• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
• Turn off analytics and ad measurement on this site with “Your privacy choices” at the bottom of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as that opt-out automatically.

Write to privacy@joingoodhealth.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, and we won’t treat you differently for using any of them.

06How long we keep it

We keep your email address and any answers you gave until you leave the waiting list, or until the program opens and you decide not to join. You can ask us to delete your answers at any time without leaving the list. We keep messages you send us for as long as we need them to help you.

07Keeping it safe

Information you send us is encrypted in transit, and only the people who need it can reach it. We treat your answers about your health as sensitive and limit access to the people planning the program. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your information, we’ll tell you promptly.

08Children

The Good Health program is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

09When you join the program

The Good Health program has its own privacy policy. It covers what this one doesn’t: the health data you add or connect inside the program, your health coach, and who can see what. You’ll read and agree to it before you join, and nothing you share inside the program is handled under this policy.

10Changes to this policy

We’ll post any update here with a new date. If a change is significant, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
