Life after diagnosis gets better with someone who gets it.
A six-month program with one aim: more good days. Your health data comes into one place, you and your health coach read it together and settle what to try for the next two weeks, and they keep you going while you do it.
The waiting list is free to join. We’ll send you the details — dates, cost and how it runs — as soon as they’re available.

Good days this month
Built for life with conditions like
A system built for more good days.
Everything that matters to your condition in one place, distilled into patterns you can act on. Every two weeks, you and your health coach turn them into an action plan, and they stay with you as you carry it out.
1. Everything in one place
Symptoms, medication, sleep, food, activity, test results and visit notes — everything that matters, in one place.
2. Patterns you can act on
The platform learns what may set your symptoms off and what settles them, and it gets sharper every two weeks as it sees more of you.
3. An action plan, made together
You and your coach go through your summary on a call and decide together on your action plan for the next two weeks.
4. Someone beside you
A health coach who knows what a hard week costs you, and has done the same figuring-out. They think it through with you, then help you keep it going.
Six months, twelve check‑ins, and never on your own.
Six focused months to master your condition and get more good days, with an AI assistant that gathers your data, an insights engine that reads it around the clock, and a health coach who keeps you going.
Week 1: connect your data.
Connect your sources and start tracking what matters for your condition. You meet your health coach, and the two of you get to know each other ahead of your six months together.
Months 2–3: find your patterns.
Patterns start to surface. You and your coach pick the first thing to try as soon as there is something solid, and go at it again every two weeks.
Months 4–5: practice what works.
You keep what helps and drop what doesn’t. You watch your good days climb in your own numbers.
Month 6: own it.
You finish with a clear read on your condition, the practices that hold up in your life, and a way of working that carries on once the program ends.

What’s included
A summary every two weeks
What your data showed, in plain language — yours to read and learn from, and what the two of you work from on your call.
Your own health coach
A call every two weeks to settle what to try next, and support in between from someone who has done the same figuring-out.
The Good Health platform
Everything that matters to your condition in one place, and the insights we build from it.
Summaries for your own doctors
A shareable clinical summary at any point in the program. Good Health works with your primary care doctor and specialists, not instead of them.

How it works
Three parts working together for you: an AI assistant that gathers your data, an insights engine that reads it around the clock, and a health coach who keeps you going.
AI care assistant
Connects your data and helps you track symptoms, triggers and doses, effortlessly.
24/7 insights engine
Reads your data around the clock, finding the patterns and insights a visit every few months never could.
Your health coach
Helps you make sense of the patterns, and keeps you going through the good weeks and the bad ones.
Your health coach knows this from the inside.
Coaches know chronic illness from the inside — living with it, caring for someone who does, or working with it every day as a nurse or dietitian. Their job is to think it through with you, then help you keep it going.
Every health coach
- Knows chronic illness first-hand: living it, caring, or clinical work
- Trained by Good Health in peer support, listening and accountability
- Meets you every two weeks, and checks in between
- Knows what a bad week looks like, and what gets people through one
- Thinks it through with you; the call on what to try is always yours
- Paid for their time, because this is work
The goal: more good days.
Good days per week
2 → 6
Each point is one week. A good day is one you mark as good, so seven is a whole week of them.

Adults living with a chronic condition who want to understand it better and are ready to try small changes over six months. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to join the waiting list.
You and your health coach, together. You go through the two-week summary on a call and settle on what to try next. Nothing about your health gets decided without you in the room.
They go through your summary with you and think it out loud, then help you actually run what you settled on: fitting it into a real week, checking in between calls, and telling you honestly what it was like when they did it. They don’t give health advice, and a clinical question goes to your own doctor.
Good Health gives you a summary of what your data showed. You and your health coach go through it on a call and settle what to try for the next two weeks. Then you get on with it, with them checking in.
No, and it doesn’t try to. Good Health is a program, not medical care — it’s your own data read clearly, plus someone to keep you going. Anything that belongs with your primary care doctor or a specialist is yours to take to them, and you get a written summary you can hand over.
Apple Health and popular wearables, medical records and documents such as visit notes and test results, and your own logs of symptoms, medication, food and sleep. More sources are added over time.
Only you see the full record. Your health coach sees what the two of you settled on and how it is going, not everything behind it. You choose what else to share, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
